Blaine is the fourth owner of KH-Vids. He is also the person who holds the record for shortest ownership (35 days).
As the Owner[]
Blaine bought KHV on June 15, 2016[1] He then removed ads for the members and on the sixteenth he switched the servers. Members were hopeful that this would mark the beginning of a new era, and it was. But not the era wished for.
A mere month after purchasing the site, things went downhill. Blaine started to show himself to be a true dictator, earning the nickname Spdude 2.0. He got rid of most of the staff, leaving just him and one other. The Spam Zone descended into chaos, doused in hellfire and destruction. This event became known as The Purge.
Members left KHV in droves, wondering where they would go next. It was, truly, KHV's darkest week.
Three days later, on the twentieth of July, Blaine sold the site to the old staff and renounced his adminship, wishing the staff good luck.
Rumors and Conspiracy[]
Unsubstantiated reports seem to suggest that Blaine is indeed an alter ego of grass roots folk comedy legend David Blaine. Rumors indicate that moving into the 21st century has taken a toll on his popularity and as a result he has resorted to increasingly covert and desperate ways of reconnecting with the youth of today. For better or worse, it appears /khv/ is the proving grounds for another one of his schemes to win back relevancy.
